A very conscientious young man brought a crayon up, shoved it under my nose, and declared, "This is MADE IN CHINA!" I told him that, despite his valid lead poison concern, he would be fine if he didn't EAT the crayon.

That is too cute! Kids never cease to amaze me. God sure knew what he was doing when he made them so darn cute! Although car issues are a major pain, I'm glad you're ok and the damage was minor.
LOL, the neverending joy of working with kids. Well, something like that anyway. Glad you're okay, sorry your car is not. I am sure if anything ever happens to my car, minor or not, I will also be quite distraught. She's still in beautiful shape after almost 4 years of ownership!
