According to Shawn, I am now 2 cm, but that's about all the progress I've made to this point. So when I left the office, I was clutching an induction order to present to the hospital "just in case" I don't experience a more spontaneous labor before then. It's nice to know that there is a definite date that I'll be able to hold my baby boy soon. :) For the interested parties, here's what I'm looking like these days. Note the "someone chop my hair off or shoot me" haircut, a must for me before labor.
Me at 39 weeks. Just think -- I've actually gotten BIGGER since then. And so has he....
In other news, I thought I'd share some pictures of my beautiful baby girl outside playing with bubbles, a newly-discovered favorite activity. (Actually, what she really likes to do is put the sticks "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN," as she likes to say. Isn't she lovely?) Other misc. pics included too...

That baby boy is HUGE and Katy is adorable!! Wish we were going to see you guys before October.
Dr. Swan gave me that induction paper with Alex. I was supposed to be induced on Sunday but my water broke on Friday. I still had to be induced because I wasn't progressing though. Colin made up for that coming so fast! Can't wait to hear he's arrived!
Hope everything goes well!!!! I had hoped you would be there when I was...you probably wish everything was over too :) :)

Holy Crap! That's your real stomach? Are you sure you didn't swallow a whole watermelon and you're really not pregant?
On a totally NON-Pregnancy note- Remember how IN LOVE I was with Gerard Edery? He makes me as happy as a fuzzy blanket on a chilly day.
