My family has apparently been clamoring over Grandma Swan's old recipes which my dad has kept since she passed away. I finally managed to scan and upload all of them into flickr. So for those of you wishing to bypass the eventual cookbook and go straight to the source - Here they are! I must admit that I plan on trying out a few of them myself - probably not the pickled beets.. ugh.
As a side note: Grandma's pumpkin pies are the absolute best. However, Scott and I watched and perfected the recipe based upon years and years of tasting the originals. When the recipe book is finally released, you can be assured of the real deal.
