What a Guy!

Stephen was doing something at the sink (probably getting ready to wipe some kid's face) when he noticed water leaking out from under the sink and running across the kitchen floor. Yikes. He opened the cabinet doors only to discover that the garbage disposal had randomly fallen off and taken the connections of the other sinks down with it. Every time we ran water, we were running it straight down into the cabinet. So, Mr. Handyman has come to the rescue and is working on the disposal as we speak. The new one is installed. Now he is working on restoring power to it. I'll let you know how that goes.

Off-topic: Today I took my high school choir out on a caroling field trip. After some minor delays, we were able to carol at two nursing homes quite extensively as well as eating a leisurely lunch at Applebee's in the mall. The main reason we eat there is to have our picture taken with Santa, but we were disappointed this year. He doesn't start working till 4 pm on Thursdays. Bummer. Here are some pictures from the day.
