At Home

Well, life continues at home. We were discharged from the hospital around noon yesterday. In a very painful two-fer, Caleb's last two experiences were getting his circumcision and then having his security tag ripped off his leg. Needless to say, he wasn't thrilled with either.

Katy is...adjusting to life as a big sister. Caleb's crying woke her from her nap before she was really rested. Her crying was soon added to the mix. Stephen and I looked at each other and just shook our heads. I can't speak for him, but I can tell you exactly what was going through my head: "What have we gotten ourselves into?"

Ah yes - - - just the first of many such times when one asks self, "What have we gotten ourselves into!?!" Followed quickly by the next question - - - "And WHY?!?"

Deven, I'm not sure which photo/post to stop on to comment! I enjoyed getting caught up. The Crows are sending the Swans and Batts our sincerest congratulations. Little boys are so sweet. I'm so glad you have one of each gender now. Sorry this is so long, but I have to tell you that the day George went back to work after I had our second (Jordan), as soon as he walked out the door, both kids, 2 1/2 and newborn started howling. I just sat there on the sofa dumbfounded, thinking as you did, "What have we gotten ourselves into?" He is beautiful. Also, will you please send your parents' email address? In our computer overhaul, it has been lost, and she wants some pictures I have. Blessings!
