If I were a bit more outrageous, I would have kissed the cafeteria lady, Tina, today. Why, you ask? Because she used her lunch menu chalkboard to let us know that there are only 29 MORE DAYS of school this year! I love teaching, I really do. But at this time of the year, I am starting to also love the idea of summer. I didn't get into teaching to have summers off, but it is a nice perk. WOO HOO! I am doing a dance of joy inside my head. :)
